20 Ways to Start Your Day No Matter How Much Time You Have
Mornings play a huge role in shaping the rest of our day.
How we wake up & what we do when we wake up sets the tone for the rest of our day, yet despite this, so many of us lack a meaningful morning routine — something done on purpose, with intention, that’s enjoyable, easy and effective for us specifically.
Many of us are turned off by the concept of a “morning routine,” seeing it as an extensive procedure involving face-washing, candles, and waking up way too early.
For the non-morning people of the world, this sounds like an awful idea.
Thanks, but no thanks, I’ll stick with my Starbucks-mobile-order-from-my-bed-and-sleep-in-to-the-last-minute-possible routine.
But you don’t have to be a morning person to have a meaningful morning routine.
And you don’t have to wake up an extra hour early just to have one!
Your morning routine can be as extensive or simple as you need it to be, so long as it serves its purpose: to better prepare you for the day ahead.
It can happen immediately after you wake up, in the car on the way to work, or even in the first 5 minutes of arriving at your desk.
